Front and Rear Extensions, Winkfield

This project involved the complete transformation of a detached 1.5-storey dwelling, inside and out.

Located within the Green Belt, the property had previously been extended by former owners. CJA successfully secured planning consent for new front, side, and rear extensions, alongside significant fenestration enhancements and comprehensive internal reconfiguration.

A new main entrance establishes a bold architectural focal point, leading into a dramatic double-height interior that enhances light, space, and arrival experience. To the rear, the extensions open seamlessly onto the landscaped gardens and outdoor kitchen, creating a strong connection between inside and out.

The external spaces are designed for contemporary living and entertaining, incorporating a bespoke outdoor kitchen and a sunken seating area that anchors the garden layout.
