OUR SERVICES

We follow the guidelines as set out in the RIBA work stages for small, medium and large design projects specialising in architectural and interior design. Our range of services include:

Master-planning

Master planning involves researching and assessing the physical, environmental, and social aspects of the area, and then creating a plan for how the area will be developed. Master planning also involves creating a detailed timeline and budget for the project.

Concept design

Concept design in architecture is the process of generating ideas, exploring possibilities, and defining a project's direction in its early stages. It involves developing a concept for the building, determining its form, function, and spatial organisation, and determining its materials, systems, and technologies.

Feasibility studies

Feasibility studies are used to assess the potential risks and benefits of a proposed project. They involve analyzing the technical, economic, and legal aspects of a project, as well as assessing its effects on the environment, the public, and other stakeholders. Feasibility studies are critical for determining whether a project is viable and should be pursued.

Development Control Applications

Development control applications in architecture are tools used to help manage and control the development of construction projects. They can include software applications, online tools, and process manuals.

Building Control Applications

Building control applications are used to manage the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of a building. They allow a building to be monitored and controlled remotely, allowing systems to be adjusted and monitored for optimal performance.

Procurement Advice

Procurement advice in architecture involves helping the client find the right contractor to build their project, as well as making sure that all contracts are fair and legally binding. It also includes providing advice on the best materials and methods to use, as well as helping to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Contract administration, site inspections and on-site support

Contract administration is the process of managing contracts between architects and their clients. It involves ensuring that the terms of the contract are fulfilled, resolving disputes, and providing on-site support to ensure that all work is completed on time and to standard. Site inspections involve visiting the construction site to ensure that the work is progressing according to plan, and that any issues are identified and addressed quickly.

Tender documentation

Tender documentation is a set of instructions that outlines the scope of work, the schedule, the materials and methods to be used, and the pricing for the construction project. It is used to ensure that the contractor is aware of the expectations for the project and to provide a benchmark for comparing the bids of different contractors.

Interior Design

Interior design is the process of planning, designing, and furnishing the inside of a building, room, or vehicle. It involves selecting colors, materials, and furniture, as well as creating layouts and designs to achieve a desired look and feel
