CJA gained formal planning consent for a part one/part two-storey extension to the rear following the demolition of an existing single storey rear element, with internal alterations and changes to the fenestration. The unsympathetic parapet flat roof was removed and changed to a hip roof over the refurbished family bathroom to provide a more cohesive appearance.
