Consent was granted for the demolition of the existing front porch and rear single storey extensions and the erection of a front single storey extension, rear/side part single and part two storey extensions with associated internal alterations and conversion of existing garage into habitable space.

The house has been transformed externally with a mixture of contemporary materials, such as; the feature cladding to the front together with multi facing brickwork and through colour render.

Internally, the layout has been designed for modern living with an open plan kitchen, living and dining area to the ground floor area with a feature island. Whilst upstairs, the landing area was made more generous without taking away bedroom space, finished with a master bedroom with ensuite benefiting from a feature angled window following the roofline.
