New Sports Pavilion – Winkfield, Berkshire

CJA were appointed under a design and build arrangement with a local contractor, Morris and Blunt to provide Stage 4 services for the new pavilion at Locks Ride Recreation Ground. This was an eagerly anticipated project, especially considering the closure of the previous pavilion in 2019.

It offers a range of amenities, including changings room for home and away teams plus DDA WC’s, officials changing, community room with a kitchenette and storage. The superstructure was constructed in SIPs construction (structural insulated panels) which helped speed up the construction process and provide a highly insulated and airtight fabric.
