Consent was granted for the demolition of the existing front porch and for the erection of a new front single storey front extensions plus part single/two storey extension with associated internal alterations.

The front entrance is now centered with an asymmetrical gable and feature glazing with areas of render renewed.

The house has been transformed externally with a mixture of contemporary materials with multi facing brickwork and through colour render.

Internally, the layout has been designed for modern living with an open plan kitchen, living and dining area to the ground floor area with a feature island with bi-fold doors to the dining space and corner bi-fold to the living room.

The existing kitchen was relocated and the space repurposed as a living room with corner bi-folds.

The staircase was changed following the main entrance moving position leading onto a generous landing leading to the four bedrooms and family bathroom. The two storey extension contains the master bedroom with ensuite benefiting from a feature angled window following the roofline
